PugoFit has been used internally for months at PushGo Tokyo for our daily fitness program. Now were making it available to everyone.

Support for:
- Any and all exercises
- Timed exercises (such as Planks)

Adds +1 with each successful day, subtracts 1+ days for each day missed.

Based on the popular "PLP" progression protocol, you:

1) Start with Pushups, Lunges, and Pullups. Do 10 each today.

2) Do 11 tomorrow.

3) Do 12 the next day.
